1989 Santana Moda Mountain Bike

The Santana Moda is made in Claremont, California by Santana Tandems. The only single rider mountain bike made by this company. Using the high end Columbus Nivacrom Max OR ovalize steel tubing to build a mountain bike frame back then was considered exotic and rare. Fillet braze for a very beautiful and smooth transition from tube to tube. Painted with Dupont Imron which is now banned for commercial use by the EPA, allows this neon yellow color to keep its brightness even after so many decades.  Shimano XT 3x7 (21 speeds) components.  Pedals are NOT included.
